Of course, You can obtain Vitamine-C via vegetables and fruit, but because of the impoverishment of agricultural land, long transport routes and the industrial treatment of these foodstuffs, You cannot structurally get enough of it. This is why Vitamin-C is included in this product.
A special remark should be made to smokers: the more people smoke, the more Vitamin C is broken down in the body. Smoking prevents the detoxification process in the body and therefore an extra Vitamin C supplement is indispensable for them.

What is it?
Glutathione is water-soluble and consists of sulphur and the three amino acids glycine, glutamic acid and cysteine. As the strongest intracellular defence substance, it is found in high concentrations in almost all cells, is very active and protects especially those cells with a high degree of toxicity. These include the kidneys, lungs, brain, liver, intestines, heart, skin and cornea and retina.
How does it work?
Glutathione increases the solubility of harmful substances in water and makes them easier to eliminate via the kidneys.
Why do you need extra Glutathione?
As the largest glutathione reservoir, the liver is most involved in detoxification. A healthy liver produces enough glutathione to continually detoxify the body.
It releases excess glutathione into the bloodstream to protect other organs. With increasing age and depending on the diet, the body's own production of glutathione decreases significantly. This also reduces the ability of your immune system to detoxify your body.
As a result of infections, poisoning and diseases, glutathione levels drop, also because glutathione is consumed. So it is essential to replenish it quickly.
